Laurel Street Data Project ^{Telecommunications}

The City of Burnaby is currently in Phase Two of the Laurel Street Works Yard redevelopment. Western Pacific was awarded the electrical, data, and security scope. The telecommunications wiring infrastructure serves as an information transport system for analog voice, voice over IP, data (LAN), and video signals distributed throughout from designated demarcation points to telecommunication outlets placed at various locations specific to each project. The fibre and copper backbone provide connectivity between the equipment room and each telecommunications room.
