Burrard Tower B ^Commercial

Burrard Tower B, known as The Offices at Burrard Place, is a 13-storey office tower with a combined 128,000 sq. ft. of office space and  83,000 sq. ft. of retail space. As one of the last buildings designed by Vancouver’s world-renowned architect, Bing Thom, this structure will define the southern entrance to downtown Vancouver and will anchor the largest mixed-use development in the most rapidly growing commercial/residential community. A Toyota dealership is located on the first three levels, and the other below grade levels offer parking. A bridge also connects the building to the adjacent tower. Western Pacific led all electrical scope, including data and security.
