Oakridge Redevelopment ^Commercial

Redevelopment of Oakridge Centre will convert this city block into a vibrant and sustainable mixed-use community, including retail, residential, office, community and cultural facilities, and transit services. The scale of the development is unprecedented within the City of Vancouver, with some of the tallest towers outside of the downtown core. The total redevelopment area is ~7,437,823 sq. ft. and includes the construction of 13 residential towers between 10-44 storeys tall, an increase to the retail mall area of 411,353 sq. ft. to five levels, 91,260 sq. ft. of below grade parking, support facilities and 9 acres of a public park located on multiple levels of the retail mall and parkade roofs. Western Pacific was awarded electrical scope for three levels of below grade parkade, a 5-storey above grade podium (retail), data and communications, and security.
