The Blackspring Ridge Project is a 300 MW wind farm comprised of 166 turbines, and it is located in Vulcan County, Alberta. Western Pacific’s scope of work included the complete installation of a new 230/25kV substation that included a static synchronous compensator (STATCOM) and a 25kV feeder structure.
