DAVID FETTBACK

PRESIDENT


Dave started in the electrical industry after high school and quickly rose to prominence as a project manager, a position he held from 1979-1990. Dave took over the helm of Western Pacific in 1990 as President and has successfully driven the direction of the company ever since, whilst actively mentoring his employees in estimating and project management.

THOMAS BUTTERFIELD

VICE PRESIDENT OPERATIONS


Tom has more than 30 years of experience in the electrical construction industry. He originally joined Western Pacific in 1990 and developed his skills in the trade before leaving in 1996 to pursue major transportation projects around the world. Tom returned to Western Pacific in 2013 as a Transportation Division Manager and is currently Vice President of Operations responsible for all of Western Pacific’s operations in Canada.

Wayne Fettback

Director Safety & Procurement


Wayne joined Western Pacific in 1992 to handle accounts payable, and went on to become a Certified Management Accountant in 2001, and is the primary purchasing agent who oversees the accounts payable department. He serves on the board for Construction Safety Alliance BC, and is also responsible for the company health and safety department.

DEREK FETTBACK

DISTRICT MANAGER


Derek has more than 22 years of experience in the electrical construction industry. He joined Western Pacific in 1997 as an apprentice, commencing a progressive career managing a diverse set of commercial, industrial, and utilities projects including converter stations for the Eastern Alberta Transmission Line (EATL). Currently, Derek is responsible for the Heavy Industrial and Utilities district as well as Western Pacific’s central estimating for projects between British Columbia and Manitoba.

GARY BOWSHER

DISTRICT MANAGER


As a District Manager, Gary oversees Commercial & Industrial projects, specializing in those involving design-build, water, and transportation. With more than 30 years of experience managing electrical and design-build projects, his professionalism and skillful project management has generated a positive response from customers. Gary joined Western Pacific in 1995 and has vast experience in a wide range of projects such as the Whistler Sliding Center, Canada Line, Vernon Hospital, BC Hydro Substations, and McLoughlin Water Treatment.

ANDREW FETTBACK

DISTRICT MANAGER


Andrew has more than 17 years of experience in the electrical construction industry. He joined Western Pacific in 2003 as a pre-apprentice. Since then he has been involved in several large-scale projects including the Regina Inn, the Jimmie Creek Hydropower Project, and the Saskatoon Civic Operations Centre. In 2017, Andrew was promoted to District Manager, and now oversees Project Managers in Western Pacific’s Commercial & Industrial division and plays a leading role in design-build and design-assist projects.

CHRISTOPHER FINDLATER

DISTRICT MANAGER


Chris has more than 25 years of experience in the electrical construction industry. He joined Western Pacific in 2004 as Manager of Special Projects & Service. Since then, he has been involved in several large-scale projects including the Canada Line Rapid Transit Project, the Port Mann Bridge Project, and the Shepard Energy Administration Building. As District Manager, Chris is responsible for operations and project management in the special projects and data\communications districts.
